Long Beach Flea Market

So today was my first time selling for CrankedUpReallyHigh  at the Long Beach Flea Market.  I've been selling for my other company for two months now at various So Cal flea markets and those went fine but today was different.  While my other shop concept didn't do so well today, CURH did pretty decent.  I only took a few dresses and some random housewares left over from my old etsy shop but in the end, I was pretty happy.  I wish I had taken photos but after a long night of my neighbors partying it up last night and me only getting maybe 2 solid hours of sleep before I had to get ready, I suppose it just slipped my mind.  Next time I will and that will be at the Irvine Flea Market where I will bring stuff for guys and girls.

For now, I have just one photo to share and that's of the studio space:

I know it's not much but CURH is growing every week!  In fact, I have some buying to do tomorrow and I'll be sure to add photos of my new stuff before it gets put up on etsy.

So let's discuss music........hmmmm......where to start.......well, today at Long Beach, I came across a vendor that had an awesome collection of vinyl in all different genres.  Of course, there was tons of metal and jazz but there was also a great bin full of Punk.  I saw two or three Toy Dolls LPs, a Subhumans, some Exploited, Buzzcocks, Adolescents........lots and lots of good stuff.  What I didn't see was a section of ska or soul.  I think the last time I saw a collection of good ska and soul was at this old records shop called Noise Noise Noise (RIP) over in Cost Mesa but since they've been gone, I've had nowhere to go for decent vinyl.  Just the same, I don't even have much of a record collection anymore so I guess it's not that big of a deal but if I ever found a vendor carrying this:

I think I would seriously have a spazz attack.

Enough for now.  Time to go to sleep after a loooooooooooooooooooooooooong day in the sun.
